History[]
The Temiskaming Shores Fire Department protects the municipality of Temiskaming Shores. Temiskaming Shores was created in 2003 through the amalgamation of the Towns of Haileybury and New Liskeard, and the Township of Dymond. Each municipality had its own fire department, and the new fire service was a merger of the Haileybury Fire Department, New Liskeard Fire Department and the Dymond Township Fire Department.
