History[]

Also known as the Clarkson Refinery, the Mississauga Lubricants Centre (formerly Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc.) is located at 2310 Lakeshore Road West in Mississauga, Ontario. The facility was opened by British-American Oil in 1943 and became a Gulf Oil operation in 1969. It was purchased by Petro-Canada in 1985, merged with Suncor in August 2009, then sold to HollyFrontier Corporation in October 2016. On Dec. 1, 2023 HF Sinclair announced its purchase of all outstanding shares of Holly Energy Partners, L.P.
