Alfred and Plantagenet Fire Department

History

Alfred and Plantagenet was formed in 1997 through the amalgamation of four municipalities. Three fire departments were merged to form the new fire service:

• Alfred Fire Department
• Alfred Township Fire Department
• Plantagenet Fire Department
